VINEYARDS
And yet I believe that great happiness is to men who are born where good wines are found.

"POGGIO UBERTINI" VINEYARD
The Poggio Ubertini Vineyard takes its name from the ancient farm to which it belonged. The old farmers, over a century ago, had already identified this side of the hill facing south, as an ideal place for obtaining grapes destined for long aging wines.
The vineyard covers one and a half hectares in which Sangiovese, Merlot and other Tuscan vines such as Canaiolo and Colorino are planted.
"BENJAMIN" VINEYARD
Benjamin's Vineyard was planted on the occasion of the birth of the family's first grandson, Benjamin. Olive trees have always been grown on this side of the estate. In 2003 the family identified, in this small natural basin, the ideal space to plant a new vineyard. The vineyard covers about one hectare in which Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Colorino and Merlot are planted.
"GRANDE" VINEYARD
The Grande Vineyard is the company’s largest plot. This 40-year-old vineyard is located between the woods and the valley bottom that marks the company’s boundary.
From this vineyard, we produce certified grapes for the production of Chianti DOCG.
The vineyard covers about three hectares in which are planted: Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino as well as a percentage of native vines.

We extract our extra virgin olive oil from over 1500 olive trees situated on 8 hectares (20 acres) of land around our farm.
From these plants, we harvest the olives by hand which are crushed and pressed at low temperature in local mill.

The main varieties of olive trees found on our land are Moraiolo, Leccino, Frantoio, Piangente. The others varieties found are added at a small quantity.
The environmental sustainability in our olive grove farm management includes a precise selection of plant health products.
